These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile applications (hereinafter “Applications“), including but not limited to BioGarden365, Plotabit, PlantDays, Plant Doctor and related websites operated by Kidologic Kft. (“us,” “we,” or “Service Provider”).

By downloading, installing, or using any of our Applications, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Description of the Service

Kidologic Kft. provides digital gardening and lifestyle assistants. Depending on the specific Application you use, features may include:

  • Visual garden planning, layout design, and bed management (Plotabit).
  • Plant, pest, and disease identification using artificial intelligence (Plant Doctor, BioGarden365).
  • Sowing calendars, moon calendars, and task scheduling.
  • Personal journals for recording notes, care logs, and photos (PlantDays).
  • Educational content and tips for organic gardening.

The Services operate on a “freemium” model. Basic features are available for free, while additional features and unlimited access are available through paid subscriptions.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service (e.g., syncing data), you may need to register an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Use the Service only if you are over 16 years of age.

3. User-Generated Content

You are responsible for all content (text, notes, images, plans, logs, hereinafter “User Content”) that you create or upload through the Service.

  • Ownership: You retain ownership of the User Content you upload.
  • License to Us: By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating, developing, and providing the Service to you.

4. Subscriptions, Payments, and Cancellation

  • Billing: Paid subscriptions (Premium/Pro) are billed on a recurring basis through your chosen app store platform (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the respective app store’s subscription settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We cannot process refunds directly; refund requests must be made to the app store.

5. Intellectual Property

With the exception of User Content, all elements of the Service—including the software, design, source code, logos, text, graphics, and data provided by us—are the exclusive property of Kidologic Kft. and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to reverse-engineer the Applications, and not to interfere with the operation of the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

  • AI Accuracy: We do not guarantee that identification features (AI) are 100% accurate. Always consult a professional for critical identification.
  • Gardening Advice: Tips and calendars are for informational purposes only. We are not liable for any crop failure or damage.

Kidologic Kft. shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may terminate this agreement at any time by deleting your account within the Application settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary.
