How to Delete Your Entire Account

Deleting your account is permanent and will remove all your personal data associated with Biogarden365. You can request account deletion in two ways:

Method 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

  1. Open the Biogarden365 app and log in to your account.
  2. Navigate to the **Profile** section.
  3. Select **”Account Settings”**.
  4. Tap on the **”Delete Account”** button and follow the on-screen instructions to confirm.

Method 2: Email Request

If you are unable to access the app, you can send an account deletion request to our support team. Please send an email from the address associated with your Biogarden365 account.

What happens when your account is deleted?

Upon receiving your request, your account and all associated personal data (including your email, profile information, garden plans, journal entries, and uploaded photos) will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days. Anonymized usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you may be retained for analytical purposes.

How to Delete Specific Data (Without Deleting Your Account)

You have full control over the content you create. You can delete specific data, such as journal entries, notes, or individual garden plans, at any time without deleting your entire account.

Instructions:

Simply navigate to the item you wish to remove within the application (e.g., a specific journal entry in your Garden Journal) and use the delete option, which is typically represented by a trash can icon (🗑️).

This action will permanently remove that specific piece of content from your account immediately.
